Jason has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective real estate broker. I can’t say enough about his guidance and knowledge. First and foremost he is honest and kind. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping his clients best interests in mind. One of the qualities I respect the most is his ability to explain all the details of the purchase/sale. As a busy Physician Assistant, I have not had time to learn all the intricacies and technical wording, but Jason explained everything to me in simple terms so I understood every step of the way. He gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting my time. He does a great job of listening to my needs. He does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to late night emails. He shows great attention to details enabling the transaction to completed with my best interests first. I have the highest level of confidence and respect in him. The sale of my house went very smoothly without any last minute surprises, and we even closed 2 weeks early. Transactions can sometimes become very complex, and he is very smart and easy to count on. I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Jason represent me.

Jason was absolutely fantastic. I originally had a lot of reservations when I was assigned an agent from redfin, and was planning on finding an agent through other means. I was really expecting to have an aggressive agent trying to get me to buy any property I could afford, but Jason was the opposite. He actively talked with me about the properties I was looking at, highlighting both the good and the bad. He even talked me out of buying some bad properties I had shown interest in. He was always available to answer questions and was very knowledgeable about the whole process.

He was very thorough and involved the whole time through. My parents and my brother both said he did a significantly better job than the realtors they had used in the past. He was also incredibly fun to work with, and a very cool guy to talk with and get to know. The cherry on top is his closing outfit, a real showstopper for anyone lucky enough to be able to work with Jason!
